curses i had forgotten about the US attempts to ( ACTUALLY ) comply with Basel III

probably because i was choking with laughter so much over their 'bank stress tests ' and the way they twisted them , even after passing banks failed badly

but don't worry there is a Basel IV already being rolled out to keep the entertainment coming

but this MIGHT explain all the LARGE transfers of gold bullion , internationally , recently

so will this boost my gold mining stocks ( several are already nicely up )
