I have just recently left my job, when I received my payslip with my residue of holiday pay, there was no super - 9% SGC, is that right?

It wouldnt show on a pay slip, but ask to see the records relating to contributions they have made to the Superannuation Fund - they are required to issue this each quarter now. The only time they dont have to pay the Super is on Bonus salary, overtime, and I suspect, leave loadings.

Depending on the frequency your employer makes the contribution you should be able to track your contributions online through your super fund. That is of course if your super fund does have an online option. If the amount is deposited monthly it may not show until the end of the month.
