I think I got them at $600 or $700 a bar. It's that long ago I can't remember.If you bought it 15 years ago you must have doubled your money by now, so at least it's not a loss. Inflation will gradually increase the cost of mining it, so it's a pretty safe bet long term. I reckon we'll see $A50 silver this year.
