And it continues upwards
hovering at highsAnd it continues upwards
And today's news was enough for it to get as high as $1.10And it continues upwards
Hey Mr purple. Can you or anyone explain to me why my DRO shares are losing value while they are in a trading halt.DroneShield gone a Cap-raising, with a $75Mil+ issue at $0.80c
Hasn't come out of Trading Halt yet despite having announced the details yesterday (April 18th).
Perhaps there's an alteration to terms? Perhaps an expanded offer to holders for a Share-Purchase plan (thus far, $5mil for the SPP announced)? Or some other factors in the CR yet to be finalised?
Or just taking their time? we'll find out soon enough.
So might be a good pick-up opportunity for the fence sitters, assuming there'il be some sort of retrace from recent highs of $1.12.
I've been fence-sitting for a while on this one - I'll be looking for the the open - Monday perhaps - see if I can be tempted ...
P.
As it's in a trading halt until Monday, it hasn't traded.
The last traded price is $1.12 or thereabouts.
The indicative value is just an indication of what the share price would be, if it opened for trading with all the current orders that are sitting on order books (depth).
As the capital raising is at $0.80, I suggest that the current indicative price is totally irrelevant, and usually is anyway until seconds before opening (opening time is not set exactly as a specific time, it is + or - 30 seconds to set time).
Current indicative price may be shown as different by different brokers, depending on whatever...
Hope this helps?
NB; share price once trading again, will often drop or rise to around the capital raised price, as stated here is $0.80.
I'd expect a big slump on Monday morning, however, it will be interesting as Droneshield has become a market Darling of late.
Good luck in the shark pool, those waters are infested and teeming with biting critters.

Oh Mr Frog, please keep it quite, don't stir the pot.Why sad @peter2 ?
I do not own.. either
I didn't re-buy after selling when the price action showed me that it was going up again. A huge mistake. I'm very sad.
I've mentioned this in the Combo Portfolio thread.
