Donald Trump - Loud mouthed American Idiot

Using this basis that you have highlighted here then that would make Biden about 100 due to the unconstitutional effort to try and remove himm from the ballot. That is third world dictator stuff.
As far as I can see, the efforts to remove Trump from the ballot have to go through the courts, which is another of those institutions for which Trump has no respect.
As far as the last election goes anyone who doesn't think that there was a degree of manipulation has rocks in their head and we could discuss that if you like
It probably happens all the time, but there is nothing to say it favours one side over the other. If you are talking about "bussing", that is just getting voters to the polls, they can vote however they wish, as for holding the elections on a weekday, it's undeniable that favours "elites" who would vote Republican and disadvantages the ordinary worker who would have to take time off to vote if their bosses let them.

Trump is a product of the corrupt moribund establishment system in the US.
The lower to middle class, like in so many other countries, has been decimated, and for many Americans, all the things they held dear to them, like a house in the burbs, mom, dad, two kids unitary family, going to Church on Sunday, watching wholesome shows on TV like Leave it to Beaver or Father knows Best, driving large cheap gas guzzling cars that nothing to run coz oil was so cheap and plentiful, being ahead of everyone else in technology and invention stakes, having the greatest military system to "protect" all the others from communism,
having no clue or interest in coutries outside the US etc etc.
It was all taken away, no wonder there is resentment.
Trump offered a promise to bring all those nostalgic things back.
he was never able to, much less going to.
If he wins the election (assuming the corrupt legal/political machine even lets him run), all of those supporters will be devastated again.

OMFG are we really back to Hitler references.
Last time I checked Hitler killed a bunch of Jews and Trump supports Israel and is anti war.
The majority of non war stuff from Hitler was actually groundbreaking. Revolutionised society, even the Olympic games.
So are you saying that's what Trumps about to do?

So are you saying that's what Trumps about to do?

Trump and his enablers will do exactly what they are saying they will do that is fill the swamp with swamp monsters and pose a direct threat to the US instructions that enabled the US to be so powerful.

This isn't funny anymore January 6th was a trial run another Trump term and it all gets extreme

As for Australia if Trump gets in we are fu(ked, best start learning Chinese seriously.

Ok so saying if we overlook all the items below

-They took over the governments of the individual states so that no possible opposition could come from places like perennially contrary Bavaria.

-They took over radio stations and newspapers, under the direction of Joseph Goebbels’s new Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda.

-They took over the civil service. The Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service allowed Hitler’s regime to dismiss from public service anyone whose political record did not “offer sufficient guarantee” that they would “at all times wholeheartedly stand up for the national state” or who were “non-Aryan.” University professors and private lawyers fell under its terms.

-They outlawed other political parties. Hitler’s government issued a decree declaring the Nazis the sole political party in Germany.

-They targeted Jews. A week after passage of the Enabling Act, Hitler’s government declared a boycott of Jewish businesses and professional offices.

-They rounded up political opponents. Hitler said he planned to bring “ruthlessly to account” his political opponents and “the whole clique around this vermin.”

-In March, the Nazis declared with great fanfare the creation of their first concentration camp, at Dachau, near Munich. The first wave of victims were Hitler’s political opponents — liberal, left-wing, or pacifist politicians, activists, journalists, writers, and lawyers. In nearly all cases, the prisoners were tortured and beaten. Many were murdered.

- They took over the judiciary. After the German Supreme Court acquitted four communists against whom evidence was either nonexistent or fabricated, Hitler ordered the creation of a new court, the People’s Supreme Court, especially for political offenses. Judges were subject to dismissal for verdicts that displeased the Führer.

They took over the military and all civilian militia. Hitler put Hermann Göring in charge of the Prussian police. As early as February 17, Göring ordered all Prussian police officers to use their firearms against “enemies of the state.” On February 22, a further decree allowed members of the so-called “Patriotic Associations” — militia such as the SA, SS, and Steel Helmet — to become auxiliary police officers.

......your suggesting Hitler was actually an OK sort of guy and his policies were "good for Germany".

Bas has it ever occurred to you that so many of the items that you have put up in this post would just as equally apply to the Biden administration?
The taking over of of radio and newspapers. Bills to limit misinformation and disinformation per H.R. 6971 , putting the lean on X and facebook to cancel those the administration did not agree with.
They rounded up political opponents. Well thats pretty much what they are doing to Trump and a number of other opposition figures, by not even letting them be on a ballot.
They took over the military. The US military has been nuetered by demanding the military reform into a diverse representation of society as distinct from being a mean nasty group of neanderthals who will win you a war.

That is the problem with looking at everything through a tunnel, if someone was more open minded, they would question what @moXJO was inferring, not just state the obvious outcome which is known.
.
Most people with tunnel vision take the end result, rather than look at what caused the end result.
Germany after being beaten in WW1, didn't go OH WHAT The Flck that was fun, let's do another round.

Something made them say, we can't go on like this, we may as well fight, the treaty of Versailles was very onerous and hammered Germany.

Some historians think the Treaty of Versailles was, in the words of British economist John Maynard Keynes, “one of the most serious acts of political unwisdom for which our statesmen have ever been responsible.” They say it contributed to German economic and political instability that allowed for the formation of the National Socialists (Nazis) just a year later.

The same in the U.S the media and establishment is going ballistic to try and stop Trump being re elected, ridiculous statements are being thrown around even on here, yet if things are better under Biden he will be re elected.
Obviously things aren't better under Biden, or there wouldn't be the panic, logics really.

It's the same as here we changed Government for a direction, especially with renewables and the economy, we are moving along and time will tell if the public are happy.
That's Democracy, constantly deriding the other side, just makes people become wary of motive, normal thinking people look at the outcomes and make valued judgements.

Yep Trump was an absolute nutter.

North Korea's supreme leader Kim Jong Un began the new year by escalating threats towards South Korea as it becomes evident the nation has traded missiles with Russia for its war against Ukraine.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Wednesday said Republican former President Donald Trump's plan to raise tariffs 10% across the board would raise costs for U.S. consumers, although the United States needs some tariffs and is reviewing those linked to China.

WASHINGTON, Oct 5 (Reuters) - President Joe Biden's administration said on Thursday it will add sections to a border wall to stave off record migrant crossings from Mexico, carrying forward a signature policy of former President Donald Trump.

US President Donald Trump claimed a pipeline project has made Germany “totally controlled” by and “captive to Russia” during a combative breakfast Wednesday that kicked off what was already expected to be a fraught NATO summit.

Trump, in a testy exchange with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, took issue with the US protecting Germany when the European nation is making deals with Russia.

The Trumpet more unbalanced than balanced.

The Trumpet more unbalanced than balanced.
Says the media, who we get all our information from and form our opinions from.
In reality what has actually improved in the World, since he was removed?
China relations, Russian relations. North Korean relations, the illegal immigration issue in the U.S, the trade impasse with China?
None of the above IMO, all of the issues have worsened.
Would they have improved with Trump? Who knows, but at least he was talking to North Korea. Russia hadn't attacked Ukraine and he was in discussions with China about the balance of trade.
All those issues are now a complete shambles.

Says the media,
This is the biggest problem we have, how media frames everything. They are responsible for infecting people with mind viruses, unless those people have the intellectual immune system of critical thinking.

A great book on this topic - The Parasitic Mind by Prof Gad Saad

Did you study what Hitler did?
I said apart from the Jews and war stuff. The guy was a monster in that regard. But it's believed it emanated from losing WW1 and the deal struck between the Jews and the British. Which is widely believed to have been for Israel. Bet most people don't know that the Jews attempted to start a city in Australia as well but it was eventually shot down. Also in Africa.

The achievements from Hitler wasn't small.
A pioneer of animal cruelty laws and anti smoking laws.
Founding the Volkswagen.
Big part of the autobahn.
Changing the Olympics into the spectacle it is today.
A host of socialist programs to help the people.
Education was second to none
Their advanced engineering in many fields including rocketry is what got the US to the moon. It was nazis working in NASA.
Extensive railway networks.
He gave rights to paid vacation for workers.
Industrialised Germany to become as self sufficient as possibly.
He maintained taxes on smaller businesses and taxed bigger businesses more.
He banned human zoos (yep it was a thing).
His policies on insurance.
Environmental protection laws.

The list goes on. You could study each of the above topic to see how detailed they were.

But he was still the monster he was that killed off everyone in the war and just wanted a bunch of whites only. Probably should be noted that I heared he hated Christianity as well. Who knows who was next in the ovens
But that wasn't the point. The point was you don't seem to know history or are so blinded by biases that it's made you retarded.

Yes it is amazing how sway a reporter has, over how a subject is projected, yet the reporter may have absolutely zero knowledge f the subject be it technical, political or social.
Sometimes I am gobsmacked, when a reporter or presenter invites an expert on a particular subject in to be interviewed.
Then the reporter continually speaks over the expert, interjects while the expert is making a point and just behave in a rude and arrogant manner.
That is IMO the main problem with the media, they have adopted the opinion that they are the font of all knowledge and are the social, cultural and behavioural police of the nation.
It is certainly wearing thin with everyone I know, the days of intellectual journalism has gone, along with Laurie Oakes, sadly.
Now all we have IMO is tabloid trash.

It's funny. I could list Stalin's/Mao/ Lenin achievements and these guys were monsters.
Leftist wouldn't bat an eyelid.
To me it's just history. Some things they did revolutionised how we do things. That does not mean I don't condone what they did.

I find not being able to discuss what actually happened without the emotional blackmail as a form of political control itself.
Lies replace history.

Leftist wouldn't bat an eyelid.
I should probably list their atrocities as most people don't know what absolute monsters they were in the name of progress.

Then they try to present themselves as "aggressive reporters who go all the way to get the answers for the public..." blah, blah.

It's just an ego trip for them, trying to get the edge on their colleagues.

Apologies for the shocking spelling and grammar, I was using the phone to post at the skate park with the grandkids, the joys of school holidays.

What?

Stalin killed more Russians than the WW2 did, that's before you get to Gulags and starving millions of Ukrainians to death etc I don't know or haven't heard anyone sane praise Stalin.

Mao killed even more.

You on the crack pipe?

BTW Trump is a dog by his own words nothing to do with the media.

i don't think anyone disagrees with you on that point, but nothing has improved in the World or the U.S, since he has been replaced, if anything they have become worse.
So when you cut through the theatrics and personal dislike for the mans personality and persona, a lot if not all his actions regarding international affairs and economic policy has been shown to be pretty well correct.
It will certainly be interesting to see what the U.S general public think, if he allowed to run for office, it will show if the media is right or completely wrong, with regard the influence they wield over the public.
