Careteq Limited is an Australian health-tech company that has developed and commercialised a suite of products that sit on its proprietary SaaS based assistive living technology platform for use by the elderly, disabled and vulnerable individuals.
In August 2021, Careteq acquired Ward Medication Management, which is Australia’s largest medication management service provider of its kind with a dominant market share along the east coast of the country, and South Australia.
The Company has secured several distribution agreements with leading specialist retailers in Australia, New Zealand and the United States to sell its assistive living technology hardware. These include Harvey Norman, Officeworks and Global Distribution. Careteq has also partnered with ADT New Zealand and Threat Protect Limited (Australia) to sell its Pro Solutions products.
It is anticipated that CTQ will list on the ASX during January 2022.
