It means a cross trade.
Crossing the shares directly from one party to another, rather than 'on market' in a way.

I was trying to find this myself today for 'XT, I believe at least for XT it's an 'in broker' trade between two parties the broker has as clients, so they get commission on both sides of the fence in that case as client for both
