Converting Metastock Data to Excel

Hi,
I was wondering wether any one can help me with converting metastock data to excel. My situation is as follows.
1. I use Norgate data for Amibroker.
2. I am not a computer wiz I just know the basics.
3. I can;t work out where the data is. I can find data folders in Amibroker but when I open them there is nothing in them so they must be stored some where else as Amibroker works fine.

As you can tell I am a novice any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I use Norgate and the default folder is in the c drive.If you open up your c drive you should see a folder called Trading data, click on this and you will see another folder named stocks, just keep opening up the sub folders until you find the data you want.
