CMC index of stocks that can be traded long?

CMC have a index of asx stocks that apparently can only be traded Long
sort of wonder do they expect this list of stocks to decline ?
if so would be a good early warning signal

Read there P/D it shows you which stocks you can short /long.

The Stocks with the top200 are all long/short aswell as the index's/commodoies etc..
