Had eTrade Pro, thought it was neat having a software that could just leave on one screen with all the opened windows and have them be dynamic. Not looking for chart really only depth with the ability to have multiple stocks opened at once would be ideal.

Cheapest dynamic = probably CMC or BellDirect. So long as you spend $x pcm in brokerage, you get it free. Or, any broker that offers WebIress.

Best compromise = CMC click to refresh at 10$pcm (not true dynamic).
