Depends on what you want to do, Ninjatrader is FREE for EOD US stocks....

just want to be able to identify discretionary setups mainly on US stocks. But still be able to set up watchlists etc..

Well that's pretty easy on Ninjatrader, you can use the Market Analyzer and just add your stocks to it.

Like i said its free for End of Day with Kinetic data, so give it a try and see what you think.

Yes, the data feed should work, but you cannot place trades without a licensed copy.

In the search box top right type in 'charting software'. I use Amibroker.

Newbie but oldie returning after a long break. I have used Amibroker charting software (probably needs an upgrade) but I require a data feed of EOD ASX prices. Where would I get the best, low cost feed from to kick start my charting?
