Upon Listing, CommsChoice Group will have acquired five complementary information and communications technology (ICT) businesses which will together, as CommsChoice Group, become a comprehensive vendor agnostic ICT managed service provider. Not much on this ICT player

Comms Group Ltd (CCG, formerly Commschoice Group Limited) provides cloud communications for business. The company services SME and mid-tier corporate customers in Australia, Asia and internationally using its cloud based global business phone platform and Microsoft Teams calling/Direct routing integration combined with innovative SD-WAN technology and fibre and NBN access products.

Unspectacular performance; market cap around $35M

Thus sub-$50 million company just had a jump of 25%, now retracing a bit, on the most recent announcement

CCG has signed a significant global agreement to provide key unified communications and related telecommunications services to leading international telco provider Vodafone Global Enterprise (Vodafone) – the global enterprise division of Vodafone Business and the Vodafone Group PLC

• Services to be provided include Microsoft Teams calling (direct routing) services, SIP trunking services, value added services (including but not limited to call recording, call reporting, contact centre, teams to text messaging/SMS integration) and hardware-based voice solutions. The Company will also be providing professional support services to Vodafone.
• Revenue to be generated will be dependent on the number of users onboarded. Management expects the agreement will materially add to current +$50m annualised revenues as well as to annualised EBITDA in years 2 and 3. This is based on a conservative level of uptake for the service.
• Initially, the agreement will require an investment in mobilisation costs, staff deployment and contract establishment related costs which is likely to have a negative impact on overall EBITDA in the first year of the agreement.

... It remains to be seen how this play out; these sorts of arrangements between the minnow and the behemoth can be company makers or an result in a lot of effort and then tears for the small guy, whereas the big player hardly notices the footnote on the accounts, a rounding error. CCG seem to think it's significant.

Comms Group reconfirms its FY22 guidance for revenue of $40m to $43m and underlying EBITDA of $5m to $5.5m before the costs associated with the investment required to execute this agreement.

and CCG has lost its mojo, back to 7.5c (10% drop today on no news) . Tough gig, telecomms
