Hi everyone,
sorry for such a basic commsec related question but I couldnt find anything on the commsec site.
If I am purchasing shares on commsec and want to use a falling sell (Stop Loss), When I go to conditional offer and try to set it up, is this designed for shares you have already bought? If i select falling sell, it turns the order type into "sell" so I am assuming you have to buy the shares first, then go to conditional offer and set up the stop loss?
ie> this is a screenshot from the conditional orders page, you can't buy shares AND setup the stop loss on this page, do you have to buy the shares and then go to this page?
I hope the above makes sense
Steve
