For sure small businesses are definitely suffering from staff shortages, not so sure about the big corporations thou

they SEEM to have the 'days off sick ' problem ( probably all that bloody testing )
 
A local restauranteur told me he can't get staff because the govt was paying them better money to stay away!!!

And a month further on
...... we have ........ Buy One, Get The Second One for Half Price ....
...... followed by .... Fifty Percent Off; *Selected Items Only .....
...... followed by .... 50% Off Everything ....
...... followed by .... Take 10% Off Already Discounted Items ....
...... followed by .... No Reasonable Offer Refused.
 
Bought some ETFs this morning. I watch US Market predominately, wanted to have a position in case this is the low. But I would not be surprised if market has one more down leg. If so, I have the rest of my fund allocation waiting for that opportunity too.

I figure with my investment time horizon of min 10 yrs should smooth things out abit.
