Hi guys,

I have got a question :)
say, there are 1 buyer and 2 sellers at the share market
1 seller sell 500 shares @ $0.50
another seller sell 500 shares @$1

then the buyer give an offer to the market for 1000 shares @$1
how much will the buyer pay?
does the buyer just pay $1000, and the seller who sell @$0.5 get profit of $250?
or does the buyer ended up paying $750 instead of $1,000?

thanks :D

$750

but you already knew that hey.

Thanks SC,
just making sure that I'm correct

I was doing some research on GER, and noticed ~13% price jump, but the volume traded is only 10,000.

and since the stock is not frequently traded
makes me wonder whether it is an attempt to raise the price by putting a really high buying price
