BRN - Brainchip Holdings

I looked at this years ago and at that stage wasn't interested.
As it is the number 1 pick of the yearly share pick competition, my question to the believers is:
1. Are there any patents that are valuable?
2. What is the edge? I note they say that the IT is on board rather than in the cloud which is nice but is there other advantages theyvhave over ..say Nvidia?

Keen to learn.

@Knobby22 Some years ago I looked bought and traded consistently until the rug was pulled from underneath.
Then it became a lemon and joined a few others that I had at the time.
For the life of me I can't see how it is generating any interest.

remember the Dot.com bubble ?

( i do but was watching from the outside )

this feels much like that

some will survive and thrive ( if civilization doesn't collapse )

and others are just dreams of unicorns

so what can BRN do ?

i looked years back as well , but moved on into other ( IT ) stocks TNE , DTL , HSN , to name a few

is it now the turn of BRN or will a competitor snatch it up ( or crush it .. say entangle it in patent lawsuits )

Whilst there's no end to the information on BRN's website; here's some collated info to get you started on the ARM Partner website;

BRN is betting success will come from the use of its Akida systems for Edge AI purposes. That is, placing the compute as close to the source of data generation as possible and allowing it to perform data processing and analysis in as efficient and low energy as possible.

Akida aims to enable edge devices to have high performance with low latency and low power consumption.

They are also taking steps to both partner with existing ecosystem players and release in mainstream form formats to encourage distribution.

BRN is however, continuing to burn eye watering amounts of capital and has squandered a lot of investor goodwill over the years.

It appears they are offering a solution but are looking for someone to develop an application. Will pay closer attention but not confident they will get there. Thanks.

And probably a bit late in the game to become a key player by now.
I like the concept, area, etc but you look at the latest electronic fair show in Vegas this month and realise it is over for them.
Maybe bought out for a licence so maybe a trading play?, but this will not become the next NVIDIA
