No..What I am saying is that California ...and maybe other States will challenge the Union...(as in the USSR). The USA is a legal entity subject to democratic forces.

Thought about USA break-up too, as mentioned above USSR did it.

Main reason could be financial as I heard that some states are bankrupt for years now and are carried by more wealthy states, if it is true of course.

If there is a clause in constitution with guidelines how it can be done, break-up will depend on vote.

Actually it had nothing to do with "muscle building and drugs used", it was a genetic condition. His father and grandfather also had heart problems. There are NO STUDIES that prove the use of steroids put a strain on the heart.
