Black Mountain Energy Ltd is a public natural gas company focused on developing low-CO2 unconventional gas resources in Western Australia (ie. gas produced in a means that is comparatively lower in carbon emissions than current producers). Black Mountain Energy’s key asset is a 100% working interest in EP 371 located in the Fitzroy Trough in the Canning Basin, Western Australia.

The Company is focused on developing early-stage, unconventional gas resources within its portfolio (comprising EP 371). The Board believes that there is considerable opportunity for it to commercialise the Prospective Resources in its assets due to the current climate of the gas industry, in general, and the supply and demand fundamental assessment in Australia specifically.

It is anticipated that BME will list on the ASX during December 2021.

and why not hitch a ride on a hopeful outsider ? Had to laugh, actually, because of the aspirational (low CO2) and the reality (unconventional = tight sand or shale = fracking)

and the website tells it all. .. bring N American experience to the Aussie olipatch

Bringing North American Expertise to the Australian Shale Revolution
We’ve developed an unconventional drilling approach for low-impact, low-risk, carbon neutral natural gas.

good luck to whoever thinks it's going to make them rich
