Traffic management is a legislative requirement and essential to all civil infrastructure and maintenance service providers, resulting in consistent workflow from both new project investment and recurring maintenance requirements. Revenue is diversified across geography and client type.
The Group's client list includes state and local governments, federally funded contractors and major contractors in the infrastructure, construction, utilities, telecommunications and other industrial sectors.
It is anticipated that AVD will list on the ASX during December 2021.
