as a newbie, i try to figure that up, but end up with nothing..can anyone please let me know what is that? is that mean something?

what i get is i cant buy and sell it directly (but how many days i need to wait to sell it?) i not even know why that notice come up, seems, if i am not mistaken, this afternoon there is no that sign...sigh =[

i get another point..
urmmm..is that mean notice just arrive lately from the company so that icon is come up?

company gave 2 non-price sensitive notices yesterday at 4:4X..

so i assume on monday this icon will gone..?
