Personally I cant see what the problem is ?, IMO why spend millions on trying to catch them, surely the better option is to just accept it happens and regulate it and let them push the human body as far as you can and spend the Millions that gets used trying to catch Drug cheats on something more useful like cancer research
LANCE ARMSTRONG says he "deserves" to compete again and will fight his lifetime ban from sport, saying that he's received the "death penalty" while other cheats have got off lightly.
