Hello, I want to do some futures trading for another person's company (where my company does the trading and the other persons company provides the capital, a bit like a Joint Venture structure). I don't want to have to hold an AFS license. Instead, I want to structure the arrangement so that I (or my private company) work for the persons private company as a prop trader. Just wondering if someone would be able to PM me and attach a sample legal contract that a prop trading firm uses? Is this possible? Huge thanks in advance. Regards, Rocket.

Golly, sounds like you need to see an accountant or a financial advisor, or a criminal lawyer.

One of my cousins in Canada is a Proprietary Trader/ Surge Trader and was Chairman of The Montreal Stock Exchange before it merged in 1999. You can tell from this he has very high qualifications and is well known to Investment Banks. He doesn't work alone as something could happen to an Individual or small outfit so others/ another company could continue if unable to at any time. He carries very heavy insurance guarantees as these days they have learnt to trust no one. You can get sample legal contracts etc., simply by searching online.
