Amibroker and TWS

Hello Wise men.

I have a simple question, yet very hard for me to find a solution.

Firstly I am using Ami and interactive brokers together.

All I need to know is what symbol code do I type in to get SPY and QQQ (nasd)

I know If I want spx then I just simply use SPX-CBOE-IND.

but I need help for SPY and QQQ (nasd)

It would help me so much please, please, please.
