During the past three years, the Namibian Entities in which Arcadia Minerals is acquiring an interest have advanced four exploration projects through ongoing exploration and studies. Ranked in order of development stage, these projects include:

(a) the Swanson Project – prospective for tantalum and lithium;
(b) the Kum-Kum Project - prospective for nickel, copper and platinum group elements;
(c) the Karibib Project - prospective for copper and gold; and
(d) the Bitterwasser Project - prospective for lithium-in-brines and lithium-in-clays.

Upon listing on the ASX, Arcadia's primary focus will be continued exploration of the Swanson Project, including completion of a feasibility study.

The Company also plans to advance the exploration of the Kum-Kum, Karibib and Bitterwasser Projects and seek to investigate additional exploration opportunities within Namibia which may present themselves from time to time.

It is anticipated that AM7 will list on the ASX during May 2021.

Eventually made it; AM7 started trading on 25 June, at 19c, and has made it as high as 21c but now back to 18.5c. No stag here..

AM7 announced today that its 50%-owned associate, Brines Mining and Exploration Namibia (Pty) Ltd (BME), has conditionally agreed to acquire 100% of three licenses containing an inferred JORC Mineral Resource of 15.1 million tons @ 828ppm Li and 1,79% K (at a cut-off grade of 680ppm Li) and holds the potential to host a lithium-in-brines aquifer.

Acquisition looks cheap.

Today's announcement has sent AM7 back over its IPO price. It's currenly up 37.5% to 27.5c. Market cap of around $17 million, cash of around $6 million. Lithium projects about to be drilled.

This looks like it could have potential.

Huge news for Arcadia Minerals today after releasing an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for its Bitterwasser Lithium-in-Clay Project following the Phase 2 Drilling Program.

I'm trying to do the in situ numbers here but am not sure my calculations are correct.

259,231 tonnes at US$76,000/tonne = US$19,701,556,000 o_O

AM7's market cap after today's 125% share price increase is ~$17,000,000.
