Hi All, well they finally got rid of the Babcock and Brown part of the name, and now at around .44 after getting down to .16 isnt a bad return. Any new thoughts on this one, Im holding a few and still they are returning 20% dividend!
Would hate to see them go down the drain though! Any thoughts? Thanks

On October 11th, 2017, Astro Japan Property Trust (AJA) was removed from the ASX's official list in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, after unitholders resolved to wind up the Trust.

I held these for awhile thinking the property values would keep rising leading up to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Bought out by Blackstone.
