and since then, the exercise would have to be downhill skiing, with a mogul or two on the way... Now 18c and in a Trading Halt

DC Two is asking a small group of existing investors for funds, as it sets out to upgrade a West Australian data centre. DC Two plans to put the money towards completing its Bibra Lake data centre, meeting existing contracts and commitments, and for general working capital.

The offer, which went out to only its existing investors, is priced at 15¢ per share. It also has a one-to-two free attaching option exercisable at 30¢ a share with a two-year expiry.

Pathetic, not even listed for a year and they've run out of money. One of reasons for a larger loss over the past year is ASX compliance costs. (ref. Appendix 4E 31/8/21).

Of course, being listed puts them in the trough to get more.

If they need to raise $2.5 million, essentially 2mill after costs, then there was some serious miscalculation along the way. Barely operational?

The Bibra Lake completion will expand DC Two’s capacity ... from 0.2 megawatts to 3 megawatts. It is expected to be fully operational in fourth quarter this year

On October 24th, 2023, DC Two Limited (DC2) changed its name and ASX code to Adisyn Ltd (AI1).
