On July 2nd, 2021, Asaleo Care Limited (AHY) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement by which Essity Holding Company Australia Pty Ltd acquired all of the issued shares in AHY.
