Anybody just see the evening news?

Girl in question has had a federal court appearance [pretty sure twas federal] .
And she was ordered to destroy all saucy images of I guess any footballers that she may have...[yes footballers plural]...She gets 'round this girl.

Well my guess is she may have just blown any real 'legal' chance at retribution.

Reason why any worthwhile genuine legal council will tell you to avoid the media, atleast until they've done their thing.

DNA test of the miscarried baby would've been a safer bet.
Does anybody here know if a test would've been possible? [any med students]

Stupid....she's been tarting around with footballers from what we're told via the media.

She had possibly a golden or concrete oppertunity to nail someone with a DNA test?
[miscarried]. remember.

Allegedly 'steals' another persons personal photo's [imagine if it were hers?]

Spreads it all over the net, including, but I could be wrong, other pic's or luid info on other men?..[again, imagine if it were hers?]

Playing on the fact that she's just a child is wearing thin, heck she's legally an adult in 12 months.

If she had a solid case, she should've had propper legal representation point out the fact!..But as far as I know she hasn't?

Legal firms are motivated by money primarily, & proving such a case would be a rain maker.... But nothing.

So, call me callous, but I wouldn't be surprised If the next port of call is a paid story with the likes of womens day etc.



Inocent until proven guilty...or guilty until proven inocent?

p.s.I don't think she was ruffeed, she was actively involving herself with all these 'famous' men...If they weren't afl players would she have bothered?

I read in the Herald-Sun today [page 17] that the teenage girl who accused cirtain footballers of misconduct, by showing pictures she said she took herself, that proved her case about lewd conduct on their behalf, actually admitted she lied!

She said she lied about taking the pictures because she was in shock.

Quote "That was really stupid of me."

"I just went into shock when it got that much publicity."

"I think it was my first reaction....to say I took the photos, because I can't get in trouble if they are my property."

Now the silly girl is handing out flyers at St Kilda's training sessions, allegedly promoting womens' rights.....Jeez

Don't do me any favours love...making up stories, only serves to discredit genuine cases.

I wondered why no legal firm had jumped at the chance to represent her case?

Because it was full of holes, & unlike her, the legal firm would be aware that making false accusations is a serious offence!

That's why I believe in 'Innocent until proven guilty'.
Even if some of these men are pigs, you have to prove it...As Innocent peoples lives can be ruined otherwise....by "LIES".

I'm on nobodies side...Except right vs wrong.

I did state that some men are pigs.

Some girls also behave like little tarts.

Claiming rape or sexual misconduct are serious allegations, that have nothing to do with which club I support?

If she has some solid proof, that she was a totally innocent victim, & that a particular man was responsible...Then lets hear it, & the law can get on with what it sees fit.

I only mentioned it, as I felt people were jumping to the usual conclusions, whether you are in support of the footballers or the young women in question.

I stated to the effect, be careful of assumptions, as they might just be incorrect.

And what do ya know, she comes out & addmitts she was being untruthful about some photos.

I fail to see your point?
I explained my situation, then Bill stated his.
Then he made the mistake of argueing the point that he knows better, with people that appear to know their stuff, & took him to task over it.

I had the forsight to realise he would probably try his smoke & mirrors routine, but to my surprise, nobody was buy'n it...& I just reminded him there was an oppertunity to prove us wrong!...And of course, he turned tail & bolted.
