Would you like me to give you $1,000,000 in a lump some cash payment.

I would like to make an offer to any one who would like to accept of $1,000,000 in a lump some cash payment, yes $1,000,000 Australian dollars.

All you have to do is make 52 weekly payments to me starting from just 1c in week one, then doubled each week after that,... for example,.. 1cent in week 1.., 2cents in week 2..., 4cents in week 3..., 8cents in week 4 etc etc for 52 weeks straight.

If you make payments to me for 52 weeks straight I will hand you $1 million dollars cash.

ok, ok, ok,..... I will also throw in a car, but your really twisting my arm here, and remember the payments are a tax deduction and spread over 52 weeks.

Yeah,... Maybe if they had presented the bail out in the form of my 52 easy weekly payments it would have been passed through congress the first time.
