Here's something you wont see every day and may be of interest to some especially if you fly a lot for business or pleasure.
This link is to the ATSB Interim report on the depressurisation of QF 747 City of Newcastle in July last year near Manila.
The report's a bit long and dry but just scroll to the pics to see the inside damage to the A/C and how close this incident came to being a total tragedy.
A strong airframe and the crew's skill averted the unthinkable.
