I found quite a few listings under google by typing in the email address now what I want to know has anyone heard of this/knows anything wrong? I was put off straight away by the use of a free email service. The interest rate is around the 5%~ level going from what I have seen on google. I wouldn't read something like this and act/contact them but I know someone who has so can anyone provide any guidance as to what it may be exactly?

Curious. I'd suspect it's some bright spark who imagines (possibly correctly) that if someone will sign over their house as collateral he will give them a loan of $10,000, or something like that. Why don't you send him an email and ask for the details? Could be fun to string someone like that along a bit.

The person I know who is looking into it is for the $millions and he seems all to eager to give it out. From his post on the internet it looks dodgy I mean who just hands out that sort of cash. I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was a type of scam or how exactly cash could be handed over that freely. Sort of reminds me of the whole aussie robs life style trading scenario but in a different way

Ok this has to defiantly be a scam. I mean extremely bad grammar, payment required for the application and the use of a western money union account. The fact that people can fall for these easy options to cash really makes me furious. It annoys me that people simply try and take the quick road to riches like this

I would agree.
Sometime before last Whitsun I was travelling from Townsville to a Hillsong service in Sydney and just south of the border my car blew up and I was at my wits end and a voice from the sky like on channel 9 or even 7 or even Sky, said "DO not be at your wits end, this is a sign. So I stopped and luckily was able to access the internet and typed de wits end into google and fortunately it came out as a link to Devora Witts. So I was able to renegotaite all my loans and now I only owe $11000 to hillsong and they can go sing for that.
This is the word of the loan.

The story is on first contact they say they can easily find a loan. Then they send you an application form which you send in with an application fee of $500. Then you get a nice letter back saying that because of the present shortage of funds and your particular financial situation they are unable to find a lender.
