If you lost your job or had suffered some major mishap, how long could you survive without a job/income from your existing investments/savings etc?
Depends on mishap, imagine stock market collapses, or banks freeze accounts, or inflation in order of million %, or revolt that government collapses.
In some countries people thought have had enough money til they die and all of the sudden lost major chunk of it.

Wys, your analogy to distance from sun is in keeping with what's happening - in terms of an arguably big contribution to GW. "the whole bludy issue is driven by solar heat" as some say. In which case we are living in a state of flux. In which case (throw in man's contribution to greenhouse effects) we are all probably fluxed anywayI was just thinking of what people would do if Earth suddenly moved further away or closer to the sun.I think the Earth being the perfect distance from the sun is bizarre.Or maybe a tilt of axis.
What I`m trying to say is the whole deal is a bit too perfect.Jobs and money replaced by global panic!!How chuffed would all the financially wealthy feel then.Just another little human being...that is all.
I think the loss of wealth happens before Dday.Well, if you die, and then all of a sudden you realise you have lost a lot of your wealth, technically, you are not dead are you?
