Fake reviews have made online shopping a nightmare. Can Reddit help?
More sceptical, savvy consumers are turning to community-based platforms for what they perceive to be more straightforward, reputable advice.www.smh.com.au
Google has become flooded with paid ads and suggestions for websites that have been maximised for their search engine ranking (SEO). Product reviews, which are increasingly common, aren’t always genuine. In December last year, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) reviewed 130 online businesses and found that more than one-third of reviews (including those on company websites and from third-party review sites) were misleading.

But the daughter has Netflix and I watched a movie the other night, there were quite a few ads throughout the movie, which I thought was outrageous.
If you pay to watch a movie, ads shouldn't be shoved in to interrupt it IMO.
Well, there are always the scum bags trying to drag down someone.Big media story out of Fiji is the sacking of the female Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection for being in a sex video.
Sounds tacky - until one discovers this was a private video she and her husband made for each other. Strictly their own business. But somehow some nasty piece of work has found a copy and put it on the net.
Sad and ugly situation.

It's not just a matter of bashing, it's why they cover him at all.It is interesting that the legacy left wing media, has started giving 90% of their coverage, to bashing Trump again.
It will be interesting to see if their decline accelerates, or slows.
It'll continue to decline. It is interesting that the legacy left wing media, has started giving 90% of their coverage, to bashing Trump again.

Trump means survival for the left wing media, in their view. It's all about the clicks... and the lunatic left will be furiously clicking on those articles, hence the Roman salute, Hegseth tattoo (etc) clown show. It'll continue to decline.
They've been Trump bashing for close to a decade now (well some have been doing it for about 5 decades). The population doesn't care. People aren't interested in hearing Donald Trump for another 4 years other than the extremes of the left and the extremes of the right and the extremes in general up and down. I just don't know for how many more years people can actually bother to care about all the things Trump does that might be legal or inappropriate or not nice.
I checked MSNBC... I kind of gave up but I believe 23 of the first 28 articles had Trump in the title. 2 about confirmations. Two or three about Elon. And and one or two about deportations. But literally every single article was essentially related to Donald Trump. Absolutely no other news in the world apparently.
