I guess it would be pretty safe to say that if you're reading this, you haven't been included in the rapture due today in Aus time.

This could only mean that ASF members are a bunch of hedonistic and barbaric idolaters; unwashed pagans the lot of you!

We fight about religion all the time my girl friend is Agnostic and and I am an Atheist.

Don't worry there will be another doomsday picked out soon

Ask her for a definition or her understanding of the "holy trinity". If she will take it on would be keen for you to report back.

In fact for those fighting with it, a good book, make it a present perhaps, is "The God Delusion" Richard Dawkins , 2006, Transworld Publishers
 



Last time I looked, agnostics didn't really go for holy trinities and such like. Did you miss the irony?

You should know me on such matters by now Waynell, by the time I run headlong into the iron I never see the y. It'd be good if half an hour later you could hit a time reverse button and delete some things.

However it was my take that agnostidcs are between the both places, like tow bob each way for salvation.

Maybe it all went into the flat feet

But allways interesting to interact.
 
You have to remember God's Mother Mary the ex prostitute/Virgin gave birth in a manger as all the hotels were booked for Xmas so I guess the house malodours affected him/her .

I must say I like the idea of the priest waving the smoke filled Gold container around at church nice touch for keeping the mossies at bay.

As for the spruiker you are better of being a year early than a day late.

Agnostic - "one who professes that the existence of a First Cause and the essential nature of things are not and cannot be known" [Klein]; coined by T.H. Huxley (1825-1895) from Gk. agnostos "unknown, unknowable," from a- "not" + gnostos "(to be) known"

I.e. an agnostic is one who does not accept that there is God without proof, but is not averse to examining evidence for or against. Not really a bob each way in the true sense.
