I lost quite a bit of moola about 2 weeks ago thinking I could pick the short term top in the Index Futs (I ended up being close to be fair)
If I had been able to hold that position which I eventually closed (in pain),
I could have had a week's holiday on the Gold Coast with my wife on the profits! lol ....
No real message in my post ... It's my birthday ... I'm old and reminiscing.

young again ??For the first time in a long time my SMSF account is a sea of Green with the only laggard being ORG.
It would appear the Santa rally is on, all vehicles fuelled, horses fed and watered, helmets on, girlfriends stopped arguing and off we go for Christmas. ( Wouldn't it be good to be young again ).

Hopefully, the Fed cuts in the US next week and it gives our markets a boost.Santa Rally ?? not yet , i think a little more profit-taking and confidence-shaking , but soon ... maybe it will start next week
