For me, worst TV show on at the moment is Torvill and Dean's Dancing on Ice
 
yes, an extremely painful experience my partner makes me sit through.
 
I can't stand Big Brother. haven't had the pleasure of seeing the skating one yet though. Sounds riverting.
 
90% of current TV is absolute garbage. (90% - maybe I'm being too generous ??).

The other 10% is usually on SBS or ABC

TV caters for the lowest common factor.

Watching live stock prices has more drama, comedy, education and is generally more interesting than a lot of shows I've glimpsed.

What a cynic I am - lucky its free to air because you certainly would not want to pay for it.

I think it's finally finished but the worst show I have seen recently was "hello/goodbye". The show where the host stands at the airport and talks to people who are waiting for loved ones to either leave or arrive.

I would say 99% of commercial free to air is crap!

I find the shows hosted by minor TV celebrities even more annoying... as well as celebrities in reality tv!!!

what a joke!

Besides the footy, desperate housewives (thanks to the girlfriend!!) and Las Vegas, SBS/ABC is all i watch...

I hear about people who have been on the wrong side of these shows and how they can warp the facts.

Remember when current affairs shows actual had news on them? The current government (both state and federal) have had just a dream run with the media. Mike Willesee wouldn't let these guys get away with it.

I watch the 7.30 Report, Border Security, and some travel programmes.
Have looked at small bits of Big Brother and honestly can't believe people can be so pathetically exhibitionistic. Simply embarrassing.

I'm just glad that the grass diving championships are now over, and that we can return to the real world of sport. (ie. anything else)
 
did anyone watch the documentary on Sophie De lizio,I wanted to but forgot.
It was on last night.
 
The "Today" program since the intoduction of Jessica Rowe, she is pathetic, axe her Eddie.
 
Ah yes, the TV. I've got one sitting in the corner but I pretty much stopped watching it when property pr0n (that's a legit term which refers to all those auction, "reno" etc programs) started to dominate practically every day. I just didn't find a nightly dose of property investment ramping to be particularly entertaining. It was a good indication of a bull market in the blow off phase though.

If the real estate rampers and "we're trying to cut costs by not employing actors" reality nonsense goes then I might have to put some batteries in the remote and start watching again.

LOL so I am not the only one, spend more time watching CNBC or Bloomberg than the reality tv crap

Thank god I was away for the turkey slapping incident

Any show that interviews a person after a good/bad event and asks them how they feel? Most people have difficulty describing how they feel.

If it was a good event - what do they expect the interviewee to say "Oh I feel really bad!" and vice versa.

What really gets up my nose is when a interviewee (most people) responds with " yeah I feel good" , the interviewer follows up with "how good do you feel ?"

Where do these interviewers learn their trade?? (kindy???).

Most people have trouble verbalising how good/bad they feel let alone the degree of happiness/sadness they feel.

Get them off!!!
