AT just 2ft 9in, Indian muscleman Aditya 'Romeo' Dev is the world's smallest bodybuilder, reports the Daily Mail.

Pint-sized Romeo is well-known in his hometown of Phagwara, India - for his ability to lift 1.5kg dumbbells - despite his overall 9kg body weight.

I can't work out if this is the real deal or a hoax?

Don't think it's been doctored, supposedly has an entry in the Guiness Records:

Aditya Romeo Dev has been declared the smallest bodybuilder on the planet by the Guinness Book of World Records. He has custom-built dumbbells that combined, are 1/3 his body weight.
