Anyone using the American trend analysis software Wizetrade?

Yep, I've seen all these ratings and comments too. It's a funny thing - I've been paper trading shares on the basis of Wizetrade analysis and their live alerts for several months and I'm deeply in profit. I've just started paper trading forex with WT and so far with (only, admittedly) four trades I'm over 200 pips in profit. It's far more than a moving average and I don't really understand the animosity levelled at it. Has anyone actually used it as opposed to reading reviews? I only ask because I want to have it disproved by someone else's actual experience before I start live trading. Was anyone using it at the time they withdrew their service to the ASX? The big gripe I have now is that I can now only trade shares on the NYSE, in the middle of the night. (Better in summer of course - a two hour time difference with daylight saving means I can start at four in the morning! Still, I can trade forex any old time.)

If you have used it successfully why do you care what others think about the program? Obviously, you are in the 18% that gave the program a thumbs up. Why do some give a thumbs up and other a thumbs down? Perhaps the two groups are looking at different markets, time frames, etc. In any case, if it works for you forget what others say and go with it.

Thanks for this, Guru. I'm really puzzled. I've found Wizetrade support excellent - courteous and knowledgable. I was NEVER told it was the royal road to easy money - just the opposite. They stressed the risks involved in trading and in not understanding how to use their instrument properly. Maybe the tiny minority of their customers who complain can't read or didn't listen in the first place and the prospect of easy money was a hopeful projection of their own imaginations. It certainly wasn't touted as easy money to me. I use the corner store theory - if it's been in business for ten years and people are still shopping there, there can't be a lot wrong with their product. Is that naive in the context of trading software? I just wish there was a program that did the same job on the ASX.
And yeah, you're right, Colion. I just wondered if I could get some shared experience from an Australian user. It feels strange if I'm the only joe in the whole country using the thing.
It's looking promising for Forex too. Can you tell I'm pretty new to trading?

Not sure what you mean. I'm not spruiking anything, just trying to contact other users. Looks like there aren't any.
I've got millions of rules. If only I could remember them. Made my first Forex trade today using Wizetrade charts. 40% in profit - short on AUD/USD. But blind Freddie could see that, I suppose.
