Which stocks are oversold?

If 'we' are going to do this there needs to be quality reasons and justifications shown rather than just listing/ramping stocks.

thanks all :)

Please ensure that any nominated stocks are supported by some detailed analysis. If you believe a stock is oversold then please elaborate with some details. Lets not let this become a ramping thread.

Posts that do nothing but throw out some ASX codes will be removed.

Agreed boys,

This could get very silly very very quickly, good to see the moderator watchdogs are patrolling the beat. Personally I'm not really a t/a type of guy, so I generally don't get involved in these type of threads anyway.

I think stocks that have suffered from a double sell off are probably oversold currently. I'm going to throw Royal Resources (ROY) into the ring. A few weeks ago ROY released news regarding a hematite discovery. Initially the news was well received however the stock quickly dropped about 20% before stabilising. This post news sell off seems common at the moment, but doesn't change the fact that the news is positive. A few people around here were pretty surprised by the sell off but now it's falling again with market and is down close to its 6 month low. down nearly 50% from its high a few weeks ago. Just my thoughts.

ZFX is oversold.. I am basing this on the fact that at current prices the dividend is 10% or 7.5% fully franked.. At one stage it was at 11% ..

Just out of interest at which stage during today's movement did you calculate it?

Been wanting to buy into ZFX for a little while and have just got in at what I'd consider a bargain price of 12.2

thanks for the info. :)

i will say Babcock & Brown / Macquarie... these guys always get dragged down big time when the market gets the credit market jitters... both comps seem to have no probkems obtaining finance despite the credit market conditions... when looked at on an EPS growth basis they are trading on very conservative PE's...

as for ZFX, the high div yield is justified due to the short mine life and abundance of cash reserves... i dont think investors will see any massive price appreciation in the near future, so the div is much needed...
