I'm a head of school and a student decided to come graffiti my brand new picket fence because 'it seemed like fun at the time'.

I tracked him down, and that boy is painting my fence today. So, sitting on the porch eating snacks and drinking beer while this young offender is spending the next four full days painting a picket fence.

That is my action today.

Brad

PS. I should note, that these days MOST parents would say 'suck ****' to you and get over it. So, this boys parents are the normal ones and I commend them for that.

Im about to settle in for a day of playing my new PC game interspersed with a bit of work on my forum. Life is good :)

yawwwwwwwwwwwwns

good morning all , just woke up , forgive last post .......

about to kick some life into the guts of my ole Bike and go tearing up past the freemasons hotel on the back wheel on the way to "bella vista" for breakfast

headed off before dawn to scrub in a new rear tyre on the way up the Gillies Highway... Had a lovely breaky at the Eacham roadhouse, Then had an exceptional ride back down the hill. Hit my apexes well; so well my left knee of my leather need repairing as I wasn't wearing sliders. It just felt right.

Domestic chores today... Cleaning up a rental property tommorrow..

Cheers,

,

I know someone that lives in Malanda. I would love to take my car through the Gillies range knowing there were none coming the other way :D

A carton of VB, Wallabies v All Blacks, Geelong v Collingwood, probable powerspew, followed by UFC and lay in my own filth for the rest of the night, pass out on couch, wake at 3am with no memory of what happened and Dorito crumbs in my pants :alcohol:

Spent all afternoon topping the trees along the boundary.

Now inside for bacon & egg pie for dinner, a couple of cold tui's, and watch the All Blacks clean up the wallabies (hopefully)!!!

Worked till midday then changed the oil in my gearbox (4th gear is gone..had 4 gear teeth 10x2x2mm ) hopefully I can go a little longer till it needs replacing, setup a soft floor for my gym, stared marinating some beef to use as jerky :) and now a gym session to make up for yesterday.

Pretty productive really...now to watch the dragons flog my missus' team!

Oh and might have a BA falcon ute in the garage soon...will be an absolute steal if it works out!!!

Typical damn sex stereotyped role: I am spring cleaning the house while all you guys have fun!

Then tonight, I make tea while Mr P watches the footy. Sigh.

He is doing the right thing though now, he is working hard at mowing the lawn. :p:

The Eacham is nice. I was out on the lake today doing a bit of skiing :)

You darn laggard Mrs P. I worked from 6am until 4 pm, then got home, mowed the lawn and have dinner cooking now. Also did the washing which I will hang out around 9 pm. Mrs J is ill at the moment. Tomorrow will be more of the same. It's life - I think.

Slept in, washed the car, did a 43 km bike ride and going next door for dinner (which usually involves quality reds :alcohol: )

Kids finished their winter sports (Sat+Sun) last w/end so had a wonderful sport free day today. Invited some people over for lunch, watched a movie, swam in the pool (pretty warm for this time of year), drank some wine while trying not to get too close to the tv while the flogging in rugby was going on.

Just finished a lovely meal with the first 3 Mrs Gumnuts, Dharma and all the Gumnut kids who managed to be in Townsville today.

Family is everything .

Perfick.
