What type of order is this?

I noticed a rather interesting order in action earlier this week and am wondering what type of order it was.

Here's how it worked:
I had a sell in at .25, which was the lowest sell.
There was no seller at .255 or .26, but a seller at .265.

I ammended my order to .26, and a sell order appeared at .255.
When i moved my sell back to .25, it vanished. I did this twice to check.

Have not seen it before and would like to know if other market depth related orders are available somewhere...

In IB you can place conditional orders based on bid / ask, rather than the last price.

But what you described could also be just some bot placing and pulling orders depending on the bid and ask.
