n95

takes great pictures bit the rest is sooooooo crap.

Re: mobile phones

Imate JasJam.. It has good compatability with Microsoft Outlook and has push email, voice recorder - dictation, powerpoint, and voice commander software.

The full Qwerty keyboard is deceptively useful and makes it an allround versatile business tool.

It is let down with the limited Microsoft bluetooth stack and does not have the functionality of other bluetooth stacks such as Widcomm.

thank you for listening :D

Re: Mobile Phones

Just got a HTC touch,

good compact PDA, has a neat scrolling cube feature that lets you access things like your music, email, messaging, and speed dialing.

Runs on the Windows mobile platform worst luck, but it does have some ok's. and intergrates into our network for email sync etc.

So overall not a bad little device.

Re: Mobile Phones

Still carrying a Moto Razr V3i (the iTunes one) I still like it but it's showing it's age and is having issues like random reboots.

I'm waiting for TLS to announce the iPhone on their NextG network, then actually go look at one before I commit. If that's not "the phone for me" I'll go back and look at the rest of the non Windows Mobile market.

I have an old crappy nokia after my girlfriend put my Sony-Ericson through the washing machine. Waiting for the iPhone, or a HTC touch diamond

Well, I've finally retired my old trusty Nokia 5110.

When I started lookin around for a new one it was mind boggling what 'play things' are available now.

Well, I just settled for a new Telstra 852. Needed better coverage in the bush, a reasonable camera and a few mod cons...
  • Access email and Mobile Internet at broadband speeds on the Next G network
    [*]2 Mega Pixel Camera
    [*]Video calling
    [*]Integrated MP3 player
    [*]MP3 and Polyphonic Ringtones
    [*]262K Colour Display
    [*]Bluetooth wireless technology
    [*]Up to 60MB User Memory
    [*]Hands free speaker phone
    [*]Exp. Memory MicroSD Card Slot
I was looking at buying outright and finding a cheap plan, but these telstra guys kept ringing and I ended up with this on a $20 x 24 mths plan with $200.00 credits, ie my first 10 months paid for... provided I don't spend over $20 per month.

Well, hell they patronised me so much with being such a good customer, for being with them so long... they originally offered a Samsung A412, but I wasn't very keen on that. Oh and they gave me some more free local landline calls as well.

Well anyway, I think it should get me into the 21st century. :p:

I have a Blackberry Curve and it is the best phone ever......

Best purchase I have ever made..... :D

Nokia 3310 that I acquired in 2000 or 2001. I only use it to receive calls from the diverted home phone or to make an emergency call if necessary.

Also have 4 boxes full of phones & chargers dating back to the early '90s including a Motorola International 3200, a couple of NEC P3s (if you're under 20 you probably won't remember these!), a Philips Fizz, Motorola SC3160, and umpteen Nokias, Ericssons, Panasonics, Samsungs, etc. I'm thinking of starting a collection :)

Nokia 6300

Nice, simple and great phone.

I also trade and get market price updates on it with CMC's mobile marketmaker.

HTC S730...ugly as anything, definately not one to pickup chicks with. Its also very slow and a clumsy with the interface/buttons IMO. Work pays. I wouldn't have this model otherwise.

Motorola DynaTAC 8000X

But seriously...a crappy Samsung that needs to be upgraded soon.

Might finally get a Nokia
