What does it mean when bid is higher than ask during trading hours?

I just noticed one of the shares in my portfolio bid is higher then ask yet there is no transactions happening, I even tried to sell at the high bid but nothing transacted.

Code: OBJ Bid: 2.5
Trades: 5 Ask: 2.1

I know this usually happens after close but how does it work during trading?

Whoa! .....Just doing a scan on vols etc and OBJ came up , I didnt bother looking earlier other than the ann .
