Depends on the company you work for, some are very cosey, close-kit/family orientated business' and some are just corporate money hungry, greedy bastards that couldn't give two hoots about their employees.It will be very easy to apply these new IR laws to all companies but the outcomes in the above senarios would be very different.Now how is that fair?
