Fashion industry. Small firm. Guess she is doing the hard yards now while she is young and doesn't have too many responsibilities (i.e., mortgage etc etc).

OK. that makes sense then. Is her degree in a related field? (Hard to imagine just what that would be in terms of a degree.)

Really? What fields are they working in?

I work with 3 Indian students that are Aussie Uni graduates, they work as unskilled manual labourers and pull 35 > 39K a year.

In what field are their degrees? Why can't they get a job in that field? Would they do better to return to India with their Australian degrees?
