Cronos Australia is a medicinal cannabis company that plans to enter the medicinal cannabis market in Australia with both THC and CBD products, and has secured all the necessary Australian licences to operate – including import and export licences. In addition to distributing the in-market brand PEACE NATURALS™, which is sold in Canada and Germany, Cronos Australia intends to also engage in innovative product and brand development, outsourced manufacturing and distribution for Australia and target export markets (subject to legislative reform in those markets and Cronos Australia obtaining any required approvals and licences).

Cronos Australia was established as a 50/50 joint venture between a global cannabinoid company, Cronos Group Inc (dual listed – NASDAQ:CRON, TSX:CRON – with a market capitalisation of A$4.53bn) and a Melbourne-based private equity firm controlled by the two Executive Directors of Cronos Australia

It is anticipated that CAU will list on the ASX during November 2019.

Got a bit of a hush hush tip a couple of weeks ago prior to it doubling value.

Didn't act on it but might make it one of my 4, 2021 tips. more research is going to be needed but my customer/friend seemed confident. (expert in the field)

Anyone with any insights?

CAU is an Australian company that operates in the healthcare industry. It is a medicinal cannabis company engaged in offering both THC and CBD products.
The company engages in product and brand development, outsourced manufacturing and distribution for Australia, and target export markets.

Nothing much exciting that I can gather happening. It is going to be a long year.

May I ask how long the treatment would last. I don't need any gory details. I tend to avoid illness when I can, even in conversation.

Is that $388 a month? Asking for a friend.

THC oil seems to be at a price nexus atm. from what I read, with so many entrants from Nimbin to Nazerath coming in to the market.

I myself prefer to, as the Irish say, " When I drinks tae, I drinks tae, and when I drinks water, I drinks water ".

Next GP visit in 6 weeks. Start at 0.1ml twice a day and incremental lift until relief found, with max 0.6ml dosage.
 
Cronos Australia has executed a Merger Implementation Agreement to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Queensland-based medicinal cannabis company CDA Health Pty Ltd. According to the announcement, "CDA has seen rapid growth over the last two financial years generating over $21 million in sales for FY2021 and generating a profit."

Growth through acquisition is a solid strategy if you can acquire good companies at a good price. The terms of this acquisition are not very clear but the market seems to like the deal with the CAU share price up 28.6% to 13.5c so far today.

With the takeover/merger my investment will be liquid and very profitable assuming the CAU share price holds up, CDA is operationally profitable with around 30 million in annual revenue, 3 clinics at Brisbane the Gold Coast and Maroochydore, 80 staff and a very busy online wholesale channel CanView.

I'm guessing that after the merger is complete Cronos will be the only profitable listed ASX Cannabis stock, perhaps some potential to become a Pot roll up stock.

CDA Health / Cannabis Doctors take over / merger complete, SP has been going well since the merger announcement, could track sideways for a while or could go higher, 100 odd million MC seems reasonable at the moment however consider that CDA/Cronos will almost certainly be one of the top 3 retail and wholesale suppliers to the Aussie cannabis market going forward, more likely top 2.

Have picked this for the yearly comp as well, a long term special i reckon.

Up 0ver 34% today. Smoking up the high note, if I may say. Didn't know that Aussie Cannabis Retail had started to make its mark. Here in Australia, thinking it would have Government Issues. Medically seaking doing the good deed, I would think? Good luck in the comp you might be on a winner. Up on no real news I notice.

Surely im leading the comp today no news other than the speeding ticket and that the stock looks attractive and is a bit of a T/O target now that CDA is publicly traded.

CAU having another leg up over the last few days now back to where it started 26 months ago, im guessing perhaps the only ASX listed Cannabis stock to achieve that.

New all time high yesterday 0.395 up another 8.5%, no news, just 1 or 2 interested organizations building a position i would think.
 
Cronos Australia bouncing back today after news that sales revenue continues to grow strongly and their cash position continues to improve. Impressive performance overall, and the market is liking the results.

A little under 7 months later and a new all time high today of 60c and close of 0.585, really going gang busters since the dividend announcement, up about 40% in the 5 trading days since. CAU is the only listed cannabis stock operating and trading profitably.

Should at a minimum be able to maintain current sales and a dividend etc, i dont expect the SP to go gang busters but one never knows.
