60 minutes reporter Richard Carleton has had a heart attack and died at Beaconsfield Gold Mine. This happened just after a 'live to air' question time with the Beaconsfield Gold Mine manager in which he (Richard Carleton) was/could be heared asking questions. Apparently he suddenly walked away from the gathering and then fell to the ground.

How short and swift life can be.

Hope I go just as swiftly.
Dont think he would look back on life with many if any regrets.
Brings mortality home when larger than life characters suffer the inevitable.

On a positive side he won’t have to put up with unexpected travel, inconvenience of some destinations, will not have to get up early or stay late and think of difficult questions, especially if he didn’t like it and also somebody will get his job.

Death is normal and brings new opportunities, as to time of death?
Debateable.
