Unable to log into Commsec

Has anyone had any trouble trying to log into comsec yesterday or today?
I've been unable to access my account when I enter my password, it keeps saying I have an incorrect p/w but i know the password is correct...
is there a number of times before comsec blocks you out perhaps? to prevent brute force attacks or has someone gained access to my p/w and changed my password?? im worried its the latter....

This may not work but I had a similar problem some time back. I phoned Commsec and they suggested I delete my "cookies" and try again. For me this worked. However my problem was not identical.

Tried this... still no success... arghh, are their call centres open on weekends??

i found out why... apparently web access into my account has been blocked from too many attempts to get in... so i have to wait till tomorrow morning to unlock it...
