Texas has taken away workers rights in the building trades when working in 40 degree days to get a 5 minute break every 4 hours to apply sunscreen and have a drink of water.Made me laugh cynically when a builder said that they won't treat their (mostly latino) workers like mules and will still give them the break.I thought that if they were mules they would probably get a chance to drink more often!
