What are your thoughts on the cap raise @noirua

Pretty fair discount to market and the 1st round of punters have dumped to just under the CR price. Not particularly positive?

I tried to sell a few TUL to cover a buy on PNR. Got the PNR buy (a bit higher than current 059 unfortunately), but never looked like filling the Sell on TUL. Both stocks appear unloved at the moment. (Good time to buy perhaps??)

There will be trades here over the next few weeks. Longer term, the value of Norseman looks to be oversold to me but we shall see how it looks over the next few months.
 
The cash raise seems to show that Tulla now former directors had a fair bit of sway on the cash raise. It looks as if Tulla are not exiting and expect their directors to have climbed onboard shortly. The Pantoro share price has collapsed and the recent fall in the gold price with rising costs indicates this is now a punt for those confident the gold price will get back over US$2,000 and the Aussie will remain weak against the Greenback.
 
On July 4th, 2023, Tulla Resources Plc (TUL) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the demerger of TUL's wholly owned subsidiary, Phoenix Industrial Minerals Pty Ltd and acquisition by Pantoro Limited (PNR) of all issued ordinary share capital in TUL.

So everyone who had shares in Tulla Resources PLC should have received shares in Pantoro Limited and Tulla Resources Limited. Subsequent to this Tulla Resources Limited had a name change to Norseman Gold Limited.

If your broker has not noted you have shares in Tulla Resources CDI/Limited or Norseman Gold Limited equal to 60% of your holding in Pantoro Limited you should contact them.
